We need an architrave built and installed in our bathroom. The tradesman who did the tiling left without completing it. We do have spare tiles if anything needs to be fixed up. You will need to supply your own materials and please paint it white. We will supply paint, you will need to bring the wood and we will reimburse you. Bathroom situated at the back of the house, plenty of space in the yard to cut/prepare.

After changing a light fitting I attempted to paint a small area around it to match the existing white ceiling colour. Now the colour around the light fitting (radius of 40cm) is a different white compared to the rest of the living room ceiling. 3 sections of the ceiling cornices are defected in my apartment. The affected cornices are made of foam and the cardboard exterior are waved/bubbled/swollen. The foam are undamaged and form the shape of the cornice. It's just the cosmetic exterior. I would like these fixed to be uniform with the rest of the undamaged cornices.
