I am moving back to Melbourne and my 4 bedroom house has been rented out for three years. The house was predominantly painted before we rented it out. The house seems grubby and unkempt. I'm looking to freshen up with a coat of paint to the walls and ceilings. The cupboard doors and wall tiles were painted over 6 years ago and these will require touching up with a high quality oil paint too. I will arrive home on 22 November and would ideally like to job completed before arriving home. I have someone who can meet you at the vacant property to let you in and out. The house is completely empty at this time which I believe would make the job easier.

Repair, patch and paint: -scrape and sand pealing paint -patch to level (1 small hole) -undercoat paint -topcoat paint In total approx 6-8m2 See photos, only ceilings to be done. 1 small bathroom ceiling 1 section of lounge room ceiling (hole) Please advise if your offer includes paint supply or not.

Need 2 walls painted partially. Removing TV brackets, so need the wall patched & painted (2 rooms).

1.5 adjacent walls in a small bedroom. Two coats of paint (paint provided). No need for wall prep, (just taping to protect carpet). Total width of both walls is around 3.5m (see photos, door frame not required). Will pay 180 gst/all inclusive.

The job is to paint 1 wall in our living room as we are replacing the horrible blinds and the original decorator didn’t paint beneath the Roman blinds which are being removed. Wall is 520cmx300cm (minus the patio doors - architraves also need painting) Paint is dulux natural white low sheen (semi gloss around doors). Ceilings don’t need doing. Likely 2 coats will be good.
