The ceiling is a concrete slab above, so I can’t use battens or new ceiling boards due to height restrictions. Paint/render falling off for patching

One wall and skirting filled and painted, 4 sets of wrought iron to be sanded, coated with rust inhibitor, primed/undercoated and glossed. Front door needs scratch filled and door varnished.

Painting of front wall to property. One side is street facing and the other backs on to garden. The sealer and undercoat has been done on one side of the wall. A sealer/undercoat and final coat needs to be done by tasked on the street facing wall. Just the final coat is necessary on the inside/garden bed facing side of the wall. Parts of the inner wall are difficult to access due to shrubbery. As the painting has been initiated already, all materials are (roller, brush, paint tray and paint) is ready to go.

The brick wall has gaps in the paint where sand is leaking (Photo 1). I need these gaps sealed with an appropriate material such as cement. In photo 2 is an example of how gaps in another part of the wall have been sealed previously which was using cement.
