Clean and prep 3 bedrooms for painting

We have a 10.5m by 4m (w x h) wall of a store front that needs painting to bring it to a standard black accross the whole area. Note that the bottom of the wall is over 2 m off the ground.

We require a 3x4m bedroom painted plus a wardrobe (inside and outside doors) and roof/skirting boards. Bottom half of the room to be navy and top half and roof white. Pictures can be supplied.
