Touch up painting:- External house trim, air conditioner changeover, 2 cracks, kitchen sill and straighten gutter

Paint has faded, some minor cracking in plaster, steel support in window frames is rusted and needs treating.

Three areas within a 1950's house. First room is 4000mm x 3200mm. Second is 4100mm x 3100mm. This is a hall way 1200mm x 3200mm. All with 3000mm ceiling heights. I would like the skirting (which is new and primed) and walls painted using the existing wall colours. All paint provided. Must be done before cob Thursday this week. Please be registered painter.

I am just chasing a few quotes to get my kitchen cabinet doors resprayed white. I am happy to take off all the doors and hinges and drop off/ pick up from your warehouse. Approx 2mx1.5m ceiling in Bathroom needs mould removal. Second bedroom has approx 40cmx40cm patch of mould needing removal (no painting required - removal only) Curtain rail falling down. Needs to be reinstalled on one side. - Due date: Before Saturday, 3 September 2022
