full normal function on April 10 but none on April 11. I could access bigpond via Telstra webmail but not stored folders

Outlook worked well on 10 April 2025 but when I opened on 11 April, my folders had disappeared.

I have a Panasonic tablet with windows 10 pro. I have shared a family subscription so it has MS office subscription. OneDrive is not working properly though so a shared folder only shows up as an online shortcut. The tablet has duplicate Microsoft profiles under the same email address (a personal and a business account) so maybe that is causing the problem. I need the OneDrive folder synced to the tablet with files available to open locally so I can open and edit a CAD file. I already ticked 'alwats keep on device' on the folder but it's only an internet shortcut, not the actual file.

looking for someone with good english, that has high level of use knowledge of google drive. pay $40 per hour. as need someone to walk me through organising my folders on my laptop and how to set up google drive folders etc that i can use and share with one other person. if you can walk me and talk me through the processes so ensure its set up so we can edit documents in real time and they are saved to one folder. pay $40 per hour.

Too many emails in inbox. Need to create subfolders in the email account to move the emails out of the inbox. Need to create folders in Word to keep emailed documents.

We already have office 365 subscriptions in my shop. we have one computer set up & running fine - just never get time to set up the other 2! I have a new Mac and need all the files, folders, apps (everything) from my old Mac to my New Mac..... the new Mac does have some folders, apps etc on it which I don't need so I will need these removed as well...
