Find a local Microsoft Outlook helper in NSW

My outlook has been hacked. I've changed the password but it hasn't helped. I keep getting automated spam emails trying to hold me to ransom and i'm unable to get emails from normal people. Have tried looking online and changing settings but no luck. Need this sorted urgently

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to attend our office in Smithfield NSW to diagnose and rectify an Outlook calendar issue we are currently experiencing. When we receive Outlook emails with calendar (.ics) invites attached, the invites are not automatically populating within the Outlook calendar view, which is critical as our team relies on this view to understand the volume of upcoming works and manage scheduling effectively. This is a Microsoft 365 environment using desktop-based Outlook, and we require someone to attend onsite, review the configuration, identify the cause of the issue, rectify it, and test to ensure calendar invites automatically populate moving forward.

Not used outlook much over the past 3-4 years Just want a refresh on the very basics i.e mail, Sharepoint one drive

Issues with Outlook - keeps not responding once in, or doesn’t open up (stuck on load profile start up screen). Can do via online if easier.

Once a week our business emails stop sending/receiving through outlook classic, it takes hours to start working again and we have to uninstall and re install the email account to get it to start moving again. We have the same email account setup on 2 laptops, this problem is only happening on 1 laptop. We also have the email account setup on 2 phones and it is working fine.

I have a longstanding problem that only some of the events I enter in my calendar on my iPhone sync with the calendar in Outlook on my iMac. Most fixes proposed by Google for the problem are not possible because the settings Google/AI discuss are not findable on my iPhone or Outlook. One potentially important fix is to ensure updates to Outlook have been installed. But for a couple of years I have not been able to get updates to Outlook on my iMac to fully load. I need (1) that problem solved and then (2) to have all events in the calendar on my iPhone to sync with the Outlook calendar on my iMac.

I have a new PC and I am trying to synchronise Microsoft Outlook email program between my new PC and my laptop. Both run Microsoft office 365 and Windows 11

New lap top and I am unable to send emails although I can receive them. I use apple mail on my new MacBook Pro laptop with Microsoft outlook. Printer is also not set up.

Windows 11 laptop with Microsoft 365 subscription. 3 email accounts with MS Exchange hosted by Crazy Domain. All email account work with webmail, however have not been able to set up with desktop Outlook. Need Exchange accounts (email,calendars, contacts) synchronised with Outlook clien on laptop. Crazy Domain support can not duplicate the issue. Budget $100 to attend and $200 if successful.

My outlook is not able to identfy my email address after a recent update. The email runs of an exchange server and keep adding my Hotmail address. Ideally, I wood like to add both addresses like before.

Outlook for Mac has stopped letting me reply to emails. When I try to reply, it shows an error saying I can’t create a new message. I tried removing and re-adding my Gmail account, but now my emails aren’t showing either. I need someone experienced with Outlook for Mac + Gmail setup to: Fix the reply issue. Get my Gmail account working properly again inside Outlook. Ensure all folders/emails sync correctly.
