Replace timber lattice on small apartment balcony – Bondi Looking for someone to remove and replace a section of timber lattice screening on my apartment balcony. The current lattice is old and leaning, so I’d like it replaced with a new lattice panel and secured properly to the existing structure. Prefer white PVC lattice for durability in outdoor coastal conditions. Important: There is a passionfruit vine growing through the lattice from the neighbouring side that I would like to keep. The replacement will need to work around the vine so it isn’t cut or damaged. Details: • Remove existing lattice • Supply and install new lattice panel • Secure it properly so it sits straight Balcony size is approx 4.45m long × 1.73m wide. Easy access via apartment. I just need someone to supply and assemble 2 x timber Lattices structures built around each of my two external air-conditioning units.
