I fell through our plasterboard ceiling trying to replace insulation displaced by an electrician some time ago. This has created a hole about 1300mm x 900mm as per the attached photo. At a minimum we would like the hole cut around and a replacement piece of plasterboard installed, and for the insulation to be put back in place as I don't intend going in the ceiling again. The plaster cornice has been damaged also, so if a suitable trades person could repair that and repaint the whole thing we'd like a separate quote for that.

Installation of five bags of ceiling insulation. The ceiling insulation bats are already in the roof (ready for installation) but need to be professionally installed by somebody that knows what they’re doing. I’ve already installed over half the subfloor insulation in my home (134m2) and need someone to complete the job (approx 65m2). The product is a recycled polyester batt (soft, no itch, no PPE needed) that simply tucks up between the joists and staples into the timber, very straightforward once you’ve done a few. The work involves: • Cutting rolls to length (width is pre-sized, length cuts only) • Tucking batts snugly up under the floorboards • Stapling into timber joists to secure Important: There is fragile ducted heating pipework under the house. You’ll need to work carefully around this and not rush. This is the main requirement, someone methodical who won’t damage the ducting. It’s not difficult but it is a little tedious and dirty under there. Our house has suspended timber flooring with a subfloor. We need to install some polyester underfloor insulation. Our subfloor is quite accessible. The area that needs insulation is roughly 60-80 sqm.

I recently experienced a roof leak during heavy rainfall which resulted in water entering my kitchen ceiling. The source of the leak has been identified and repaired by a roofer, and an insurance claim has now been lodged. I’m looking for some help laying the insulation layer for my single-story house. I already have the insulation rolls on-site.

Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.

There are about 8 windows and 2 sets of sliding doors all double glazed which have been installed badly and need someone to come in and redo insulation.
