I have some insulation batts 2-3, they need to be installed under the house, staple gun provided, all equipment and insulation provided. Suit someone who can work in under house space and have some flexibility. Installing insulation batts require fixing it to underfloor slab then using a tape to hold in place with staple. Needing exterior wall (area with timber studs) to be filled with insulation and then cladded over to keep the house protected from the elements. We will provide earthwool and foil insulation. Cladding will need to be purchased by tasker which we will reimbursed.

We have insulation installed already, but I has been moved around over the years by tradies resulting in gaps in the insulation. We just need someone to get up in the roof space and tidy up the insulation so there are no gaps. If there are gaps that can’t be covered, we will have batts purchased from Bunnings ready to be put over the gaps. The existing insulation is batts, not blown-in stuff. The roof space area is approx 70m2, single story unit.

Looking for an experienced handyman or insulation installer to replace damaged ceiling gyprock and install foil insulation under the roof (as per attached photo). Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish.
