See photo attached. • Kitchen (approx. 4.5m): Remove wall tiles, bench, sink (cupboards already removed). See photo attached. • Demolition: Removal of internal wall (see engineer’s report in Dropbox link). Timing: Demolition expected mid–end October (subject to strata approval). Includes disposal.

I've a newly bought Absco single door garden shed with dimensions of 1.52W 0.78D 1.95H m. Concrete area already available, just need the shed to be installed.

Existing pergola roof needs replacing with corrugated replacement roofing plastic. Will involve pulling off existing sheets and replacing with new sheets. Total time ~ 2-3 hours . Roughly 5x5 m2 total size with 6 sheets in total . Screws will be provided.

Pitched pergola requires plastic sheets of laser light replaced. The sheets are old and brittle and I fell through during cleaning. Looking for new sheets of frosted laser light and disposale of old sheets.

Move 2m3 of soil to backyard raised garden bed. Can supply one wheelbarrow and shovels. Woodchips to be removed from raised bed first.

The grating for the gutter at the bottom of the driveway is broken and incomplete at several spots and needs to be replaced. The drainage is also blocked and needs to be cleared as much as possible.

Labourer needed timber flooring demo

Need floor tiles ripped up, cornices ripped out and clean up done for 3 way bathroom. Skip bin here and ready to go all power and plumbing shit off ready to go. Need done by this Saturday.

Small shed installed Advise before I purchase

Currently have 2 concrete steps to be cut out (as they were done at wrong height), I can arrange the concrete removal once the steps are cut/jackhammered out. Once removed, require just one concrete pad to the full width between the retaining and driveway (1600mm wide x 800mm deep) with a rendered letterbox built on top of pad adjacent driveway. I can assist with brick supply. As an alternative option can you also provide cost for one rendered brickwork letterbox only (no concrete stair removal and no extended concrete pad) Thank you so much

We need a qualified tradesperson to widen the doorway of a toilet in our warehouse to allow disabled access. The wall is brick, so the job will involve cutting into brickwork, installing a new frame, and supplying/fitting a wider accessible door to meet disabled access standards. Must ensure doorway and door are neat, secure and fully functional. Dispose of any waste/debris. Requirements: Experience with brick cutting, framing, and door installation. Ability to supply and fit a compliant accessible door that is similar to the current one shown to match the others. Must bring own tools and equipment.
