I need a rough quote before I organise a meeting to move forward with a proper quote . I want to add a room ontop of existing double garage 6 m longx 5 wide that I can access to from Top of the stairs Has a small window with a shutter that will need moving and the window hole filled so window is reinstalled in the new wall on side of the home. How ever will look good as I know bricks won’t match and open to suggestions of cladding or any other material for external walls that will look professional and nice. Move 10 cubic metres of soil from a pile in our driveway to 7 raised garden beds about 20 metres away. We have one large wheelbarrow and shovel for you to use, but feel free to also bring your own equipment. The soil will be delivered on Monday 4 August from 11am-12pm. Therefore, the job cannot be done until after then. The work would need to be done across Monday afternoon and Tuesday day, or just on Tuesday day.

Install 3 units of 1.2m each driveway ramp using masonry bolts and joiners (available). Get your drill 10mm, hammer and other tools to bolt to the gutter. Quick job, should not take more than an hour.

Install a pergola kit. Already have the footings in and the pergola is on site. It's 7.9 x 3.5 wall mounted louvre pergola

The pergola covering needs to be cut back about 5 - 10cm so it doesn't cover the whole gutter. It is already installed and traps leaves.

Repair rotting areas of pergola/wooden roof with Perspex sheeting - will need you to measure and then source any materials. Will reimburse any costs (or you can do it in two parts - measure and tell me materials, I will source, then you return to complete works. Also to reinforce/replace rotting parts of handrail. Gearing up to sell so need decent job done within best price (house likely to be knocked down by next owner). Thanks!
