Scope of work: Bathrooms – Ensuite & Main * Remove wall and floor tiles. * Remove vanities/basins, mirrors, shower screens and toilets. * Remove bathroom ceilings. * Jackhammer/cut and remove required concrete flooring. * Remove approx. 2m x 2m non-structural wall in ensuite. Rest of House * Carefully remove skirting boards and architraves without unnecessarily damaging walls. * Remove blinds/bifold blinds. * Remove floorboards from approx. half the house. * Remove floor tiles from approx. half the house. * Remove kitchen cabinetry and island bench. * Remove living room, hallway and storeroom cupboards. * Remove laundry cabinetry. * Remove one additional non-structural internal wall. Rubbish: I will organise and pay for 2 skip bins – one for concrete/tiles/rubble and one for general waste/cabinetry. Bins can be changed daily to keep the job moving. Looking for labour to assist in demolishing the Laundry before Saturday morning. All tools and skip bins are on site ready to go. I have recently had surgery and a little limited to what I can do but will be helping. Skip bin is directly adjacent the laundry. Everything to go into skips. Mostly you will be removing the bricks and placing into the skip. Assisting us with the demolition.

Move Outdoor Garden Tap to the Side of the Driveway I need a licensed plumber to relocate my existing outdoor garden tap from its current position near the middle of the driveway to the side, next to the fence, to keep it out of the way and improve the appearance of the area. Job details: * Disconnect and relocate the existing outdoor tap. * Extend or reroute the water pipe to the new location along the side of the driveway/fence. * Securely install the tap in the new position. * Ensure there are no leaks and that the tap is fully operational after installation. * Please include all fittings and materials required in your quote.
