We have built a 14sqm timber backyard cabin from a kit. The last thing to be done is install the corrugated metal roof and flashings. Unfortunately the wrong size steel was sent and delayed completion. Now the original handyman builder is not available so we are urgently looking for someone to finish the metal roof. Metal battens are already fixed. Just need to roll out the Anticon Blanket Insulation Then install: - 7 sheets of Colorbond. - Flashings, - 4.8m of gutter at the rear with one downpipe All materials and fixings are there already. Hoping to get this done quickly of course with all the rain around, However we need to coordinate a target date so we have a couple days to take the tarp off and let the wood dry out before doing the metal roofing.

Replace 3 flyscreen's - one is on a security screen window.

Two small fixes at my place: Door architrave damage (chewed by my dog): Gouged section on the MDF/wood trim beside a sliding door. Needs a make-good and repaint to blend in. See photos. I have leftover paint used on the walls if needed (not sure if this should be used?). Internal door handle set: One lever came off and the handle on the opposite side is loose. Inside the removed lever, the thread looks rounded/stripped, but hard to tell. I need the set secured and working smoothly again. If parts are worn or missing, please advise what’s needed and cost. Please quote for labour and standard materials/consumables. If the handle needs replacement or the architrave needs a section replaced, price those options separately. Flexible with time. Hi, I need a handy man to repair small hole in my stainless steel sink. Likely require would be: 1) Clean and sand the area, 2) Apply the appropriate filler, like epoxy putty or a patch from a repair kit, Please recommend. 3) Press it into the hole, making it smooth, and let it harden completely.
