The wooden pergola (attached to the house at ground level) needs the shadecloth removing and replacing with Abshade waterproof cloth or similar. Some timbers need filling or replacing & painted on the upper surface of the roof beams and any other work that the Carpenter suggests will be considered . The area is approx 4.5metres x 2.5metres Would like a quote in person as the materials and time required would need costing before I accept any offer. - Due date: Flexible
