Price negotiable, please give your quote. 1.Assemble a three seater sofa, see attached image. 2.Hang one piece of medium sized framed artwork on walls (preferably using nails rather than 3M strips — happy to discuss). 3.Install 2x curtain rods and hang curtains (hooks already in place; ladder required), about 4m in total. 4.Move an armchair and a desk from Ground Level to Level 1, lift available. 5.Using sound proofing seal tape we provide to tape over a small gap on top of the wall (ladder required), see photo for the gap. I need to repair a wooden door on a built-in wardrobe in my unit in Wayville. The hinges on the door are loose because the screws have come out and no longer grip the wood. The holes likely need to be patched/refilled, and new screws inserted so the hinges can be secured properly.

Tidy up door frame where door has been removed, adjust door/plane as required/rehang, hang x2 sliding doors, fit new external back door, repair/replace plaster where aircon vents have been removed, repair/replaster etc where fans and down lights have been removed, fill in walls where switches have been removed/blanked, repair front gates (manual) so they function correctly/paint. Probs best to come out to quote properly!!

Cornice has fallen off, and cracked. The ceilings are 3.6m high, the cornice is about 3.6m long, cracked in the middle from the fall. It will probably need to be fixed with nails or something as well as cornice cement.
