The ceiling in our living room is falling and needs to be screwed back into the ceiling trimmers. This may require you getting into the ceiling space to determine the location of the timbers. My partner will be here when the works are being done to help push the ceiling up.

I need someone to: 1. First visit: Safely remove/take down our wall-mounted TV. 2. We will then have the wall painted. 3. Second visit: Return on a separate agreed date to reinstall the same TV back onto the same wall. Please note: The agreed payment is for both visits — the initial TV removal and the subsequent reinstallation. The second visit is included in the total agreed price and is not a separate job/payment. The date for the second visit will be arranged for a few days after - once the painting has been completed.
