Some plaster has fallen out of the wall. It appears there is an unstable area around where the plaster has come out. I need to have the wall repaired by new plaster being installed.

The bottom of the doors will need to either cut or planed off and the door rehung. When completed the doors need to be slightly clear of the carpet and open and close smoothly.

I need someone to get a blind from bunnings or spotlight and come install it on my wind.

I need the rattan seat replaced on a chair

Roofing repairs on end of rafter plus on end plate plus on eaves fascia. Not looking for a perfect 'to code' end result. This is not a job related to the structure of the house however needs to be repaired due to wood rot at the very end of the rafter and end plate with the main purpose being to stop possums getting into the roof and to look reasonable cosmetically once finished.

Silicone needs to be removed were bathroom flue and roof meet, as it seems to have cracked and causing leaking, it then needs to be re- siliconed. It’s a two story house and the problem is in the upstairs bathroom. The exhaust/fan/light/heater has been removed because it got water in it. - Due date: Flexible
