Basically just need to cover that cabinet on the left. The trough will be left as is. There was a door on that cabinet but it has fallen apart and can’t be put back in. I need to find a solution so that it looks better whether it be putting another door in or making it an open shelf. It just needs to look decent enough and useable for tenants.

on side of house facia has wood rot that needs repairing, replacing, i can probably do the painting myself . from end of gutter to end of gutter its about 7 meters ( see side picture for gutter ends) and the eaves are about 3.4 meters from the path.

All fruit trees are reasonably young to 8-10Feet. Orange tree is older.
