I need someone to fix the two sliding doors. One is a glass door. Another is a fly screen. The glass door is just heavy and doesn’t glide with ease. The fly screen has a latch that isn’t aligned anymore and doesn’t close unless force is used.

Ceiling fan install. Looking for qualified electrician. To go currently where lounge light is. Current diameter of light bracket is 33cm but new ceiling fan base is only 17 cm, is there white bases that can be used to cover the whole and old paint beneath current light fixture? This is in a townhouse, bottom floor, unit has a remote. I am open to putting the fan not in the light bracket area, thought may be easier for wiring. Photos attached.
