Window Cord reattachment Silicone grout around shower Back High pressure clean bricks High pressure clean - garage floor Pull up pebbles Returf grass areas Rubbish removal - some bricks cardboard, shelving and a desk. I also need painting done - touch ups in and out also the front and back porch flooring needs to be redone but I can book a painter. Just wanted to mentioned in case it’s something you can do too. Let me know if interested! Budget - i need guidance as I’m unsure of how long the projects will take etc. please advise 😊

Task: Replace Damaged Water Pipe Under Sink We require a licensed plumber to inspect and replace the flexible braided water pipe under the kitchen sink, as shown in the attached photos. The existing hose is frayed and poses a risk of leakage. Work includes safe removal of the old pipe, installation of a new compliant hose, and ensuring all connections are watertight with no leaks.
