Fix a laundry door that has fallen off

My toilet roll holder has come loose and won’t tighten again. It’s glued into the wall, with an Allen key on the bottom but it’s been stripped so I can’t tighten in. Need someone handy with the right tools to fix please!

Looking for a handy man to complete a few odd jobs around my house. I am hoping to replace a towel rail that is currently falling off the wall. It is screwed into the tiles and the plugs seem to have given way, so i'm not sure what the best way to fix it would be. I also have a loose tap handle in my kitchen sink that i'd like to have repaired. I also have a skirting board that needs a nail in it to rejoin to the bottom of my kitchen bench.
