I have a few holes that need to be repaired and fixed up before 10/12 so I am happy to have someone start today or in fact anytime as I know it’s not a 1 visit job. Please give me a reply if it’s something you’d be interested in doing as well as have the ability to do so. It’s rare I would ask for help but I am defeated and struggling with the weight that is on my shoulders.

Strap has broken and needs replacing. I have the replacement strap to be replaced.

After heavy rain and a leaking roof the ceiling plasterboard was ruined. I attempted to repair it myself and have found out I not any good at this kind of work. This room is seperate from the main house and attached to a shed. It doesn't look like the original builders did a very good job but Iwould like it patched up properly, if possible, as I am looking to sell. Flexible on price depending on the work requirements.

Part of the A-Frame is coming loose. Old owner also put cardboard on top of the wood that needs to be redone with a more permanent solution. We move glass window frames on this truck so needs to be secure and also not scratch the panels.

Need a quick job done by a handyman with jigsaw. There is a cut out that needs to be done on the leg of an arch. The other leg already has the cut out which you can place on top of the solid one, pencil mark and then cut it out with a jigsaw. Should literally take max ten minutes.

To fix recliner chair foot rest either cable or spring is broken.
