There is some retiling work that needs to be done in the shower (not part of this request) I need someone to remove a shower screen without breaking it, and to maintain all parts reusable, so I can reinstall at a later date. Please quote removing only. But if you are qualified, i will look to get you back later after retiling work is finished, to install the shower screen again

Looking for an experienced handyman with painting, basic carpentry and landscaping skills. 1. Timber edging – front & backyard • Straighten/secure existing garden timber. • Scrape, sand, fill/repair and paint grey. • Cut/install silver aluminium angle on corners/ends and flat bar over joins (final sizes TBD). Neatly cut/file and securely fix. 2. Landscaping • Prepare bare/muddy areas around pergola: remove required soil, level/compact, lay weed mat/geotextile and decorative gravel. • Apply supplied rock glue/gravel binder over gravel. • Same treatment required for another separate ~1 × 1.5m area. • Finish neatly with suitable drainage. 3. Pergola • Install supplied bird spikes/wire on suitable surfaces and on 2 rectangular decorative panels to prevent birds roosting. • Install supplied artificial hanging ivy/vines/foliage neatly inside/around pergola. 4. Flyscreens • Install/replace mesh on approx. 10 windows + sliding door, properly tensioned and finished. 5. Garage shelving • Assemble 2 × approx. 2m × 1.8m metal shelving units, stable and aligned. 6. Wall/switch repair • Repair/patch damaged plaster around switch, sand/touch-up and refit plate straight and flush. • One electrical switch also needs replacement/refitting (licensed electrician if electrical work is required). 7. Minor jobs • Sealant/putty/filler, hooks/bolts, drilling, fixing and small repairs/assembly. I will supply/pay for materials. Handyman must first measure/inspect and advise the exact items, sizes and quantities required. Please bring your own tools/equipment. Looking for someone who can complete the overall job with good preparation, alignment and a neat professional finish.

Main entrence door installation

Door got bumped and dented on the lower frame. Might need a bit of panel beating and sticking the lower frame with screws

Looking for an experienced handyman to repair the cornice above the kitchen, which has separated from the ceiling/wall in a couple of areas (see photos). The cornice needs to be properly secured/ repaired, gaps filled and finished neatly. Please supply all required tools and materials and tell me in the description how exactly will you fix it. I need some help to fix my pull out bin under my sink ( see photos). Basically the channels/ side rails came off when I mistakenly applied some pressure on the bin. Location point cook.

Task 1 – Curtain Rod Middle Bracket Repair & Remount I have a black curtain rod in my home theatre room where the centre support bracket has pulled out of the drywall, taking some of the wall compound/paper with it. I need someone to fix this properly so it holds heavy blackout/theatre curtains securely. Photos of the damage are attached. What needs to be done: • Remove the loose/damaged bracket cleanly • Patch and repair the damaged drywall area so it’s smooth and paint-ready (ideally by cutting out the damaged section, backing it with a timber noggin behind the plaster, then patching, sanding, and finishing) • Remount the existing bracket using heavy-duty wall anchors (into a stud or with solid backing) • Ensure the curtain rod sits level and is strong enough to hold heavy theatre curtains without pulling out again I’m also open to a quick-fix option (preferred way) if it can be done cleanly and strongly: remove the damaged anchor screws, fill the old holes, and install new heavy-duty anchors in slightly repositioned locations — no full wall patch needed if the result is solid. Please let me know in your quote which approach you’d take. Task2 I also have a small chrome wall-mounted holder (photo attached) that has come off the wall. The mounting plate has two screw holes.
