I need someone with Fisher & Paykel washing machine repair experience, to replace the rubber door seal on a model number WH1260P1. I have the replacement door seal (pictured on the floor), just need the labour to install the part.

Looking for someone to repair and concrete up my chimney. There’s been silicone applied today, but one of the bricks is loose and it needs proper reinforcement. Photos attached for reference. The door to my metal front gate has completely fallen off and needs reattaching. The bottom hinge of my wooden side gate has come unattached at the bottom and needs reattaching.

We have a new letterbox that we want installed into our timber picket fence. Here are the instruction suggestions from the manufacturer website - the main thing to consider is to not use screws on the face and the fence and crossrail are sloping on a hill: 1. Neatly cut a suitable sized hole to accept the mailbox body size. 2. If possible, use a suitable construction adhesive (Sikaflex 252) behind the overhanging face and wall/fence. In some cases, this represents adequate installation, if not move to next step. 3. Using offcut pieces from your fence palings which have been cut to a suitable size (or alternatively use angle brackets, available from hardware store), use these to “sandwich” the fence between the face plate and these sections, fixing them to the side of the box using suitable screws. Please do not detract from the finish of the faceplate by drilling holes through it and using screws to install your mailbox.

Fix hole in wall and repaint

I just settled on a new house in Paddington. I am looking to make it more secure and also block some of the road noise. I am wanting a rendered block wall built with an electric sliding gate along the front + a pedestrian gate. Reaching out to a few companies to get some quotes happening. $25 is just a token figure for airtask, obviously will cost way more. * edit, I’m after a whole new front fence to be built, not just rendering, there is currently no fence present, hope that clears it up.

Painting a front door inside and out, including doorway trim. Note the trim around the window above the door will also need painting. Painting a back door inside and out, including doorway trim. Painting 2 casement windows, each approximately 1.1×1.5m, inside and out. Note one of these windows is approximately 5 meters above the ground. The quote should include any preparation required including scraping off peeling paint, sanding and priming. These steps will be particularly important for the outside-facing window frames, which are more weathered. Paint (but not equipment) can be provided.
