Have a couple of jobs- -Rehang a curtain rod on the roof, the ceiling panel doesn’t have anything to anchor behind it so perhaps needs bracing to keep where we need it to be. Have popped photo of the existing one and the space where we need the rod replaced. -Attach door handles to sliding door (have the handles and door is already there), don’t have photo but can take if you need. A few tasks that need doing -Rehang a curtain rod on the ceiling, needs reinforcing as ceiling seems to just be panels with no real structure behind (happy for you to come and look and quote) Have included photos of area to hang curtain and similar curtain rod on roof adjacent so you can see what it needs to look like. -Flooring section needs to be pulled up, leveled and replaced. Will provide flooring.

The door to my metal front gate has completely fallen off and needs reattaching. The bottom hinge of my wooden side gate has come unattached at the bottom and needs reattaching.

We have a new letterbox that we want installed into our timber picket fence. Here are the instruction suggestions from the manufacturer website - the main thing to consider is to not use screws on the face and the fence and crossrail are sloping on a hill: 1. Neatly cut a suitable sized hole to accept the mailbox body size. 2. If possible, use a suitable construction adhesive (Sikaflex 252) behind the overhanging face and wall/fence. In some cases, this represents adequate installation, if not move to next step. 3. Using offcut pieces from your fence palings which have been cut to a suitable size (or alternatively use angle brackets, available from hardware store), use these to “sandwich” the fence between the face plate and these sections, fixing them to the side of the box using suitable screws. Please do not detract from the finish of the faceplate by drilling holes through it and using screws to install your mailbox.

Fix hole in wall and repaint

I just settled on a new house in Paddington. I am looking to make it more secure and also block some of the road noise. I am wanting a rendered block wall built with an electric sliding gate along the front + a pedestrian gate. Reaching out to a few companies to get some quotes happening. $25 is just a token figure for airtask, obviously will cost way more. * edit, I’m after a whole new front fence to be built, not just rendering, there is currently no fence present, hope that clears it up.
