Cut Access Hatch in Deck for Council Drain Inspection There is a stormwater drainage line running underneath a small deck, and council needs access for an upcoming inspection. Work required: Locate the correct area above the drainage line Cut a neat opening in the deck Build and install a secure access hatch/door so the deck remains usable afterwards Ensure the deck stays structurally sound and tidy 2. Repair Small Section of Fence Next to the deck, a small section of fence needs to be reattached to the retaining wall. Work required: Fix and secure the fence section back to the retaining wall May require access through the neighbour’s property (I can arrange permission) Ensure the fence is properly supported and aligned Access Information Access to the backyard requires a short climb down (there are no stairs), but the area is still easy to reach Tools can be carried down without issues Outdoor access is otherwise straightforward Other Details Photo attached Flexible with timing - ideally within the next 1–2 weeks Please bring your own tools Looking for someone with experience in decking and fencing repairs Please provide your quote and availability. Drawer needs fixing. Drawer front has been detached from the brackets and have tried attaching it back many times but it keeps falling off I think it needs new side panels , brackets , runners . Old ones in the picture need to be removed (likely ) . Then finally attach it to the drawer front . Open to suggestions and I can buy the material from Bunnings if needed before the day of the job.
