We have one of the narrow wall sheds we have had trouble getting anyone to build. They all say it's too difficult. The slab is in - we have the shed but will need fixings as the original installer was meant to bring them with him Flexible on day and date but before October 25 would be nice There is a strip to walk up and down the side of the house, building can be done on the deck and or the driveway. To replace 1 ceiling Fan

I have recently had a kitchen replaced, and some walls changed. This has left gaps in the ceiling drywall and a new cornice to be installed. Some work is also needed where the old splashback was removed. There is also a hole where the air con vent needed to be moved which has left a hole in the ceiling. I have added several photos. There is another wall of cornice but i could only add 5 photos. I am looking for a quote, hence the $10 budget. Thanks mate

My front entry door has become very difficult to open and close due to the hinges becoming loose. Several of the hinge screws appear to be loose/not holding properly and may be too small or unsuitable for the door. The door is heavy and appears to have dropped/moved out of alignment as a result. I need someone experienced with door/hinge repairs to: * Inspect all hinges and existing fixing points * Remove any damaged/stripped screws if required * Repair any stripped or enlarged screw holes * Replace screws with appropriate heavy-duty/longer screws where required * Replace any damaged hinges if necessary * Realign the door so it opens, closes and locks smoothly without excessive force * Ensure the hinges are securely fixed so the problem does not return Please supply the necessary screws/fixings and advise if replacement hinges are required.
