Kitchen sink drain is blocked outside the house. Checked the pipes under the sink shown and they are good. The block is in the circular drain at the outside as shown in the picture. water fills up and overflows on the outside. Looks like it may need snake and hydro jet type fix per my uderstanding.

Side Gate adjustments & fix Completed repairs from a storm included a new metal down-pipe behind the side gate which was crushed as the gate swung into it. We now need to make sure the gate does not swing back into the new down-pipe and ensure the gate functions properly. Notes: - The post the gate is attached to may be on a lean and may need to be straightened. - Gate is now a fair distance from house wall and on an angle scraping the ground, needs to be re-hung and adjusted. - Post has pulled away from the house causing a massive gap between end of gate and house wall. It may need another timber post piece added to the house and the gate re-hung straight. - Something to protect the gutter from the gate going back and hitting it again. Metal “L” bracket or any idea that looks good whilst protecting gutter from future damage. Can you please have a look at photos, send through a rough quote and notes on the fix. Part of the ceiling is falling down, plus a few cracks and cornice

I need someone to fix (replace) the wood paneling between the side gate and the wall, possibly with another material (open to suggestions). The gate hinge needs to be moved from the right to the left so it is not accessible from the outside. As you will see from the photos it looks as though someone has been trying to knock the door off it's hinges. Will pay extra for cost of materials as required.
