I’m currently living in the property but will be renting it out in the next couple of months — so if things go well, there may be more ongoing work too. Jobs include: • Replacing a backyard light bulb • Changing one downlight • Replacing a light switch (on/off) • Fixing a blocked drain Less than 1 hour work Thanks

1.Minor repairs on the walls due to screws and paint on the area, 2.paint of a few walls where there is patch work already done, 3.1 powder room door replacement, 1 walk in robe door replacement, 4. 1 door handle of the built in robe to be repaired/ replaced, repair work on colour bond fence door ( nut bolt to be put in & door adjustment), 5. 2x small repairs on skirting & paint on it.
