I have purchased an exterior awning for the size of my back sliding door. I’m needing someone skill full to install this for me. The exterior of my unit is brick and I have 2 steps. You will need your own tools and ladder. I have permission from the realestate but would appreciate a receipt of some kind to show installation by a professional. Back glass door and fly screen has become stiff and doesn’t open/close easy. You really need to pull and push hard to get it open. May be something to do with the roller it’s on

Shower screen has come off alignment in the swinging door therefore can’t be closed as it’s glass on glass, needs attention and possible re-alignment

I drilled in the wall of the room and it came out other side in bathroom without any pipe leaking and other damages. Need to repair the wall with waterproofing.
