Hi, My Merlin belt-drive garage door opener has stopped working because the drive belt has come off the rail/track. The belt does not appear broken, just loose and hanging down. Looking for an experienced garage door technician or handyman to: -Re-seat the belt onto the rail and pulley -Adjust and tension the belt correctly -Check the trolley engagement and test operation The motor is a Merlin unit (belt drive).
