We have a leak in colourbond roof on a two storey house. You will need to climb into roof cavity through manhole (protective gear needed as insulated with batts) to correctly identify location and then repair (likely with clear sealant and / or replacement screws.). Scaffolding is currently in place until approximately June 10 so will need to be completed before then. Weekends and after 3:30pm on most days are the preferred times.

i just need someone to install the front strut spacers that i have purchased on my nissan navara d40. installed the back lift but just need the front lifted. you will need to use your own tools i do not have all the tools to complete the job. don’t want to pay any more than $200 so fingers crossed i find the right person for the job at the right price.

Kitchen sink is draining slowly. Took apart the U-Bend and found a pencil ?! and other gunk logged in there but sink is still draining slowly so there must be more to it. Other drains sometimes drain slowly but that could be normal hair build up in showers etc

Need to purchase and install feature wall- approx 4 panels: il pay for the panels however will need help getting them from bunnings. Its installing the 4 panels behind the TV with glue and fixtures. Experienced Handyman needed to fix this unfortunate pole. The car reversed slowly and no damage to the center of the pole- the outer shell crumbled on impact. Open to quotes- please be reasonable… I was dropping off some freebies and ended up in a trouble 🙈

Demolish kitchen cupboards & island bench, passageway partition and laundry storage room. Remove 100 sqm of floor tiles. Remove all material from site. Leave area clean, in preparation for new renovation. Work must be completed by 10 July.

My outdoor messdoor has torn and need to be replaced.

I need a Kaboodle laundry assembled and installed. Including timber Benchtop that needs to have a sink and mixer cut and installed. It is a basic Kaboodle cabinet setup from Bunnings. Would obviously need to be secure to wall and have access for plumbing pipes cut in. The plan images attached here are slightly different as the new bench is only 2500mm.

Remove shed and return to concrete slab beneath. Access available through side gate but will require disassembly to remove.
