When the shelving was installed in the WiR the cornice has been removed meaning dust comes through the gaps and onto our clothes. Two large gaps which are easy to get to. Sealing the gaps behind the shelves will need some problem solving.

Install internal acoustic wall cladding/panels onto 4 walls. Panels is measured 2.4m by 60cm, requires to be cut to length and glued onto wall.

The motor on the recliner makes a grinding noise when in operation, plus it stops sometimes upon its return to normal seat position

Price to be negotiated - $ figure entered because I had to. We want to remove the shower hob and existing screen and replace with just a screen. This will require tiles to be cut out and lifted and replaced with new tiles as the current tiles are butted to the hob. We have the same tiles and will purchase the shower screen required to be fitted. This will also need re-waterproofing where the tiles are removed before re-tiling. The fall of the tiles and the way the shower is set means does not allow water to flow all the way across , but the drain could possibly be replaced with a gutter drain which would assist in drainage.

The little gear wheel has snapped from the base. The electric gear/rotor functions normally.

Need a 35x620x2040 door hung and the old one removed. Will likely need planing vertically and will need to have hinges fixed and door handle attached.
