Parts from Bunnings or equivalent are suitable - I’m looking for the most cost effective option, not the most expensive. *** Please note that keys to the apartment will need to be collected and returned to real estate agency in Norwood on the same day that task is due to be completed. Keys can be collected on either 16th or 17th June.

One side of the cornice in my bathroom has detached from the wall. Please help reattach it securely so it is safe for us all.

I need eight wooden outside window frames painted. They need a very good sand to get original paint off, 2x under coat and 2x colour/top coat. I have a two story house so 6x of the windows are high and would require the use of a tall ladder. By the looks of the ones I can see some have wood rot and are quite brittle. I'm not sure if this is easy to repair and not sure what you would need in terms of tools and product. Please let me know if this is something you can do!
