Replace toilet roll holder with a new chrome one (part required) 4. Add handle to cabinet door (already inside cupboard) Parts to be settled by bank transfer after job is completed. Parts from Bunnings or equivalent are suitable - I’m looking for the most cost effective option, not the most expensive. *** Please note that keys to the apartment will need to be collected and returned to real estate agency in Norwood on the same day that task is due to be completed. Keys can be collected on either 16th or 17th June.

One side of the cornice in my bathroom has detached from the wall. Please help reattach it securely so it is safe for us all.

I need eight wooden outside window frames painted. They need a very good sand to get original paint off, 2x under coat and 2x colour/top coat. I have a two story house so 6x of the windows are high and would require the use of a tall ladder. By the looks of the ones I can see some have wood rot and are quite brittle. I'm not sure if this is easy to repair and not sure what you would need in terms of tools and product. Please let me know if this is something you can do!

I need the hinges on one of my kitchen cupboards to be replaced. It has come off and I tried using a screwdriver to put the fallen screws back on but they no longer will latch on. So I'll need 2x new hinges and screws. I also have a bathroom draw that either needs a new handle, or just new screws, or both. The handle keeps coming off. I tried using a screwdriver on that too, but the screws no longer will latch on. And on the same bathroom cupboard, I have 2x hinges that needs changing. That door doesn't open properly. a number of wooden windows have started to go soft in places. would like wood filled and/or replaced.

The gyprock and flushing in our formal lounge room requires re doing. We are also looking to add in a wall upstairs (internal), with a window and a door ( internal) approx.5 metres long.
