Looking for a handyman or chippy who can come out and remove the pelmet from above 1 sliding floor frame + patch if needed. Plus remove the sliding door rail and make it flush to the wall. Prefer someone this weekend if possible as we have a painter booked for next week.

Need someone to come and cut down an old hills hoist clothes line to concrete level and remove it. There are also some other old metal poles throughout the yard we would like cut and removed also (see images). It's about 8 poles and the hills hoist in total.

This is a small ground floor apartment kitchen. The kitchen has uppers and lowers and a benchtop. I did advertise this a couple of weeks ago - but have now got word that the cabinets will be delivered soon. There is gas cooktop/oven/sink/dishwasher/fridge. Photos show the design. The place is gutted but am now getting plumber/electrician/tiler sorted in the next week. I really need someone who has put a lot of these kitchens in and has the tools and know-how to deal with any little issues. As it is an older apartment it is brick/cement/plaster not gyprock. The benchtop will need cutting to size and holes made for sink and cooktop. There is a built-in rangehood as well as built in oven.
