Find an experienced handyman in Kincumber

Fog light bracket broken. Need to install new one. Some parts of Bullbar need to be taken off to fit bracket and then put back on. Light already has electronics to it.

Looking for a qualified handyman or carpenter to help with a few small home repairs. 1. Replace section of timber with wood rot under bay window 2. Reattach balustrade on front porch 3. Drill small fence picket back in 4. Fix sliding door that had come off runner 5. Fill small wall hole from old pet gate 6. Patch small puncture in bedroom from door handle Ideally one person can do all jobs in a day. Photos attached. Must have own tools.

A existing aged care building needs some fixing. Mainly refitting some of the sliding doors and windows. Replace damaged window screens. About a 3-4 days work at best. Urgent work. I'm on site tomorrow (3 Jul) to show and explain.

I have a Northcote Pottery letterbox which requires installation which requires the hole dug where it will be placed with instant cement poured and levelled for letterbox to be attached to with liquid nails.

Two window frames. Kitchen and hallway Walls have new gyprock. Kitchen splashback will be done afterwards

The threads have gone on the cupboard door under the sink - door has fallen off and screws won’t go back in. Needs another hole made to move the hinges. Example photo of when the same one hung happened to the other side a few months ago

Foundation already built on ground. Just need to assemble shed. Hoping this can be complete this afternoon!

There is a hole in the celling that needs to be fixed, possibly replacing one sheet of gyprock and fixing another hole but only about 30cm by 30 cm. The main job is in a void about 5m high and will require scaffolding or another method to ensure safety as it is in a hard to reach location. Budget will be discussed later.

We.need to have our kitchen cupboards, draws and oven if possible, child proofed. Not sure if you have anyone come out with recommendations or we buy and they install..we are not handy
