Remove old Hills hoist clothes line and replace with newly purchased Hills hoist clothes line. We have been able to undo the locking cap but cannot get the clothes line out of the hole. Tried WD40, detergent and hot water but still it won’t budge, we just don’t have the strength to get it out.
