Small handyman jobs -fix door frame (add a piece or 3 whatever is easier of wood and paint-see pic) -paint 1 door (I have paint)- bring your own brushes etc -put up a small neon sign in entrance on gyprock wall (I have screws) -small paint touch ups around a door and on a rail -fix screen door, I will buy mesh and rubber. It has a little hole. -patch a few holes that I filled with wrong filler with correct filler on an outside wall and paint patched areas. -screw in waterproof brush under door -attach lock on door -install one door handle (hole already made) ready for the handle.
