Confirm existing wiring and install the necessary switch/control: Option A: Replace current wall switch with a fan + light controller. Option B: Set up remote control operation for the fan/light. Ensure the fan is installed in compliance with Australian electrical standards and that it clears height requirements (minimum 2.1 m from floor). Requirements: Licensed electrician only. Provide all tools and safety equipment. Supply and fit a fan-rated mounting bracket if the current ceiling point is not suitable. What I Will Provide: The ceiling fan unit (please confirm model suitability before installation). Access to the property and clear workspace. Preferred Date & Time: Flexible, but sooner is better. Please confirm availability. Additional Notes: If you can also recommend a good quality ceiling fan model (quiet, energy-efficient, with or without light) before the job, that would be helpful.

6 x VJ Plus long ceiling panels to be fixed to ceiling battens. Holes to be marked up and cut for lighting cables. Dining room: 2 panels are 4m long x 1.2m wide, 1 panel is 4m long x 0.5m wide. Kitchen: 2 panels are 3m long x 1.2m wide, 1 panel is 2.1m long x 0.5m wide. I'll be buying them from VJ Plus (2-3 days delivery). Labour costs, plus fixings only required. Panels are 9mm thick. If it can be done before the day suggested I can be around to advise. Highest point of ceiling 3080mm. Lowest point 2200mm.

There is hole in plastered ceiling which needs patching.

Need front stairs painted, has had some white paint on the balastrade but we gave up due to lack of time. I have the 2 paint colours (sand and navy), need more white though. Obviously happy to pay for more supplies where required! Stairs will need to be prepped prior to paint as it's covered in leaves/probably needs filler and a light sand. We need 2-3 rubber strips/window seals replaced over existing windows. Windows are dated but functional and required seals to stop water from coming in. 5 small banks of louvres + 2x sliding windows + replace security mesh front door. Louvres are sitting angled within their frames and when shut don’t provide a seal, closing mechanism doesn’t neatly shut. Sliding windows sit wonky in the tracks and don’t provide a neat close. Need to refelt the sliding windows too. Replace front hinged security door (I will provide this)
