The mechanism is broken because the tape is loose.

So there is already a ceiling but no sound proof insulation maybe I need more plasterboard ?

Installing 2 blinds into Gyprock over besser blocks

Install 4 x new Roman blinds 1 x large Roman blind over horizontal window 3 x small Roman blinds over narrow window frames

Replace broken soap holder

Remove old back door and install new door - 820 x 2040 x 36mm.

Need to re attach handrail to the wall - plaster behind has become crumbly. Also need to re attach shelf rail - bolt has come loose and missing plus glue back on part of a toilet

About 1m x 1m area has peeled then someone tried to fix it but still there is edges and the patch doesn't match the wall, I need high skilled person who can do the wall and make it match in color and roll texture.

There are few holes in the wall and door which needs fixing

Concrete slab is already in place. A 4.25 x 2.25m Easy Shed needs to be put together and erected. Date is a bit flexible, but preferably between 14th and 20th August. We can provide additional labour, but want someone with experience to get the job done efficiently.
