Concrete slab is already in place. A 4.25 x 2.25m Easy Shed needs to be put together and erected. Date is a bit flexible, but preferably between 14th and 20th August. We can provide additional labour, but want someone with experience to get the job done efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced individual to address a roof leak issue at our warehouse, predominantly coming from the HVAC unit. The leak worsens during heavy rainfall, with water coming down through the return duct (photos attached for reference from today's heavy rainfall) Job Requirements: • Access the HVAC unit on the roof and inspect all surrounding areas. • Thoroughly seal all corners and potential leakage points around the HVAC unit. • Ensure that all work is waterproof to withstand heavy rainfall. Additional Details: • You will need to bring your own tools and materials for sealing. Also your own ladder for access to the warehouse roof. • Please ensure safety protocols are followed, as roof access is required. Preferred Experience: Experience in HVAC or roof sealing/repair work is highly desirable. Thank you!
