Our much loved Hills retractable clothesline needs some love. We need two lines restrung and one new line installed. I have purchased two new lines from Bunnings but realised quickly I was out of my depth to install.

I need some picture rails to be installed on a small area of wall. Wall previously had picture rails but were removed for a wardrobe unit. We have since removed the wardrobe and want to put the picture rails back up. The picture rail drill holes are in the wall (pictured). We want to put the picture rails back up using railing from another wall (this would need to be removed by you). Hoping to have someone out any time between now and the 2nd October.

Grouting in repair base appears to be missing and looks mouldy in places

We have a couple of doors that are not closing properly as the lock is not aligned exactly with the hole. So the door hinge or lock needs some minor adjustment.
