Kitchen Exhaust Fan – The exhaust fan terminates in the roof space; it needs to be vented properly outside. Cracked Roof Tile – Replace the cracked tile on the roof to prevent leaks. Fan Control Knob – Replace the missing fan control knob. Living Area Window – Address moderate moisture and peeling paint around the window. Rear Garage Door – There is deterioration and signs of water ingress at the bottom of the door and frame. Bedroom Door Panel – Repair the slightly damaged door panel in the bedroom. Laundry Security Door – The security door rubs at the bottom and needs adjustment.
