Backyard balcony wooden staircase – requires inspection and repair to ensure it is safe and secure. 8. Main hall exterior windscreen/weather shield – comes loose and falls during strong winds; looking for a permanent and durable fix. 9. Kitchen ceiling near tube light – several holes require patching and repair. 10. Front and rear balcony door latch– both lock require repair or adjustment to operate correctly. 11. Gas heater exhaust opening (backyard) no longer in use; exhaust pipes need to be sealed to prevent ants and pests entering. 12. Backyard ivy creepers – removal and general cleanup. 13.
