Door #1 - front entry door - fit and install new front door - install smart lock (bolt) - latch needs to be fixed/secured as seen on photo Door #2 - interior door - convert door into sliding barn door (dont have this but assume can simply buy from Bunnings) - install new interior door and convert to a sliding / barn door (currently a normal open door) We have bought the two new doors already, the existing front door isn’t standard dimensions to my knowledge (not an expert). I’m needing the following jobs done before moving in to my new apartment: - Installation of two curtain rods - Installation of plantation shutters (face mount on one window) - Installation of two wall-mounted hand sanitiser units - Installation of some picture hooks/screws - Installation of a towel rail (to be confirmed) - Redo silicone seal in kitchen - Repaint outside kitchen window ledge - Remove some paint from windows/glass door (landlord specials) - Cut off some screws sticking out of a cabinet Apartment is double-brick. I am waiting for delivery of the shutters, so can either wait until they arrive (mid-July) or do 2 separate visits - whatever’s easier.
