Repair ceiling, cornice & external soffit cracks Looking for an experienced plasterer/ceiling fixer to properly repair several cracks to internal ceilings/cornices and external soffit areas. Photos attached. I’m specifically looking for a proper repair, not just filling/patching over the cracks. Scope should include: - Remove loose/failed material - Re-fix sheets/joints where required - Open up and re-tape/reinforce cracks using mesh/fibreglass tape or appropriate jointing system - Re-stop, sand and finish smooth - Repair affected cornice sections - Use suitable exterior products for soffit repairs - Ideally prime/paint repaired areas to match Please advise in your offer how you propose to repair the cracks and whether materials and painting are included. Experienced plasterers/ceiling fixers only please.

Garage door we had the springs and the cables replaced but now the door sometimes will not close . it gets to the bottom and to much resistance and opens back up. I didnt rate the last people who fixed the other bits so just not sure if they did it right or not

The job involves: • Lifting and relaying existing bricks • Filling in patches where bricks are missing or disturbed • Ensuring the pattern is matched (herringbone) and levels are flush • Cleaning up any loose material Photos attached for reference. All sections are small, scattered areas – easy access and minimal cutting required. You’ll need your own tools, but I have plenty of spare bricks on-site. Ideally looking for someone available soon.
