Side gate frame needs to be drilled back into the brick, gate latch replaced, brickwork repaired (only one brick broken - have the chunk of brick that came off that could be patched back on)

Garage door we had the springs and the cables replaced but now the door sometimes will not close . it gets to the bottom and to much resistance and opens back up. I didnt rate the last people who fixed the other bits so just not sure if they did it right or not

The sink supports have fallen from the stone kitchen benchtop and the sink has started to fall through. I need a stonemason/plumber (?) to put the sink back, properly supported and siliconed.

The job involves: • Lifting and relaying existing bricks • Filling in patches where bricks are missing or disturbed • Ensuring the pattern is matched (herringbone) and levels are flush • Cleaning up any loose material Photos attached for reference.
