Currently, I’m facing an issue where my end-to-end measurements are fine, but diagonal measurements are off, resulting in parallelogram-shaped cuts instead of rectangles. My tools and workflow: Enjoywood parallel guides: Used for rip cuts. Spacer or combination square: To remove about 5mm for a clean factory edge. Hongdui T-square: Used to draw parallel lines to the rip-cut edge, followed by manual cuts along the lines. Laundry Room Mould Treatment: • There’s mould growing on the bottom part of one wall in the laundry room due to a previous water leakage. • This area may need cleaning, treatment, and repair to prevent further issues. 2. Wall Crack Repairs: • A few cracks on the walls in the living area of the house need to be filled and properly repaired. 3. Bathroom Mould and Repainting: • A small area of mould above the shower on the bathroom wall needs to be treated. • The area will then need repainting with mould-resistant paint. • I’d also appreciate any advice or suggestions on preventing mould in the future. 4. There's some leak on the roof. I can see the water marks on one of the bedrooms which needs to be fixed. I’ve attached images of the affected areas for your reference.
