Find an experienced handyman in Manifold Heights

We have a number of odd jobs around the house that need to be done. Probably more handyman type of work. For example, fixing a piece of wood in the front entrance, fixing a fallen exhaust fan, replacing ceiling fans in ensuite and hanging a dryer.

Small amount of plaster repairing and some new door frames need painting

Centurion roller door 4.8m wide x 2.1m high install. Motor is already installed from previous door, just need the rails installed and door. Disassemble of old door is required too. Second hand door from new build as shown in photo

A corner folding cupboard in the kitchen has come off its hinges. My husband has tried to reattach it, without success.

A small section of roofing gutter has fallen off (roughly 1m long), needs to be reattached, with another couple of brackets to ensure it’s secure.

Pillar has large crack.

I want a door put in my hallway. The hallway is 1.3m wide x 2.8m tall. You’d need to frame out the doorway/build walls, do the plastering, make the trim/skirting boards look right etc. and then install a door. We’re currently using a blue tarp sheet to seperate the hallway where we need the door (see photos). I need someone with experience doing this type of work. You’d need to supply the materials, just include that in your fee. Fee is negotiable, feel free to make an offer (either a fixed fee or hourly rate) + I’ll reimburse materials costs.

1) Door thread has worn so just needs reattaching with new thicker screws. 2) Latch has come off gate. Have new latch, just need it drilled into place.

Remove damaged weatherboards around window and replace with new weatherbaords

I have a built a Lifetime Rookie freestanding basketball ring but have done one step wrong and need someone to pull it apart and fix it - only a couple of steps, not the whole thing, but I can’t do it on my own!
