I have several house maintenance and small handyman tasks to be done at my home. I prefer to pay hourly rate so we both know exactly what we can expect. Things I need done: Putting up outdoor pvc blinds on my patio Putting up some brackets for shelving (into brick) Putting up a heater (again it’s just into brick) Cleaning my decking (3m x 4m) and lightly sanding it so it can be oiled (I have a deck cleaner that doesn’t require you to sand but I like to do it anyway) Putting together some outdoor raised garden beds. Weeding garden beds You likely won’t get everything done that’s needed in one visit so what you’re quoting on here is just 3 hours of your time.
