We are looking for an experienced and reliable handyman to inspect and repair two maintenance issues at a property in Lorne: Replace one badly split timber decking board on the lower balcony. Patch, sand and touch up two small holes in an internal wall. Photos of both issues are attached. The damaged deck board may be unsafe, so we would appreciate the earliest available attendance. The posted budget of $150 is for the initial call-out and assessment only. Please provide an itemised quote for labour and materials before completing the repairs. We have a roller blind in a bedroom that has been over extended by a guest in our holiday rental. The blind was then removed by our cleaner and reattached however we cannot wind it back up. We think it can be easily fixed, we are just unable to get to Lorne to fix it prior to our next guests arriving.
