Previous owner has had it addressed. But there is still a leak in the in the bottom corner to the right of the toilet.( Toilet is not the issue ) Which is what l need fixed. Need this old wall heater (gas) removed and gas pipe capped or whatever is necessary to make safe. Will not be putting a new one in, I will be putting plasterboard up but I can handle that, just need the heater removed from the wall. I will dispose of the heater too. Flexible on time/day.
