This task has been relisted as the original tasker did not service this area after accepting, please note this is in Geelong. I have 2 celing fans that need to be installed in a 1 storey house. House is weatherboard and there is easy access into the ceiling through the Laundry. One fan is with a light and will be replacing an existing light fixture. One fan is without a light and will be a new fixture.

Previous owner has had it addressed. But there is still a leak in the in the bottom corner to the right of the toilet.( Toilet is not the issue ) Which is what l need fixed.
