Need one coat rendering of a redbrick modern wall. Around 18 square metres. There is a hollow rectangle of ornamental tiles in the middle which will need to be rendered around.

Fix a chair that’s broken.

We have a back door that we are hoping to have fixed. It's currently not closing properly (difficult to open and shut as been warped). We also want to install new handles (double handles) and new hinges. The current new handles we want do not match the current profile so we are wondering if the holes can be filled and bogged and the handles installed a bit higher. Would also like to remove the locks top and bottom which are not currently serving any purpose. Also welcome to advice. Door has been painted white. Would prefer someone who is experienced with doors
