We have a number of commercial spin bikes that need saddle lock replacements. I have the replacement parts to do this. - Also I'm looking to test and trial a drilling of hole on bike post and use the holes as a secondary bike saddle lock. Looking for suggestion and to look at this option for up to 15 bikes

Repair floor and a little weather board siding after plumbing repair was done. Not a big job will need some materials, but most can be reused.

Need to install this roller latch and just have the existing door latch put back on. The door can be a bit sticky so would love to just have it looked at. Preferably proficient in doors and door install
