After a handyman who can do odd jobs around the house and block. Bit of gardening, fixing this and that, tidy up outside and need someone reliable happy to help and thinks for themselves. Initially quite a few hours the less hours on a regular basis. First job 2 days say 3 hours each day.

We have a cat door but we are getting a dog and need a replacement window and new bigger doggy door for a 15kg dog. Window is 84cm x 60cm

Wanted: experienced art installer / someone to hang approx 20 pictures in our home in Batesford. I need a qualified tradesperson (ideally a carpenter, electrician, or handyman with proven experience in LED strip lighting installation) to install aluminium LED tracks with diffuser covers in a 3.8m x 3.8m bedroom in Batesford. The aluminium tracks are designed to sit in the corner of the wall and ceiling, and I’ve already purchased both the 1m track lengths and the mounting screws. Scope of work: - Cut aluminium tracks to size for a continuous perimeter fit (room has a wardrobe and built-in desk, so there are 8 corners to work around) - Securely screw mounting brackets into plaster walls/ceiling - Accurately measure and install for a clean, professional finish - Advise on and allow for best placement around built-in furniture - Must bring all tools needed (saw or similar for aluminium, drill, etc) No electrical work is needed – this job is for the track and cover installation and sticking the led light strip inside only. Estimated time required: 2–3 hours. Job must be completed between 26 December and 10 January (some flexibility with dates). I need an Austral Indoor Outdoor clothesline installed inside our laundry on the plaster wall. These come in pieces and require the line to be threaded also. Instructions came in the box. Hoping someone can install who has had experience with this.
