I have a few bits and pieces that need to be done around the house. Tasks cannot be split. Post for someone to do all. 1. Pull nails out of deck beams and store in bucket. Two lengths approximately 5.7m long. $100 2.replace cotton cords on two sash windows. Cotton rope supplied. Easier than you think if you are handy. $300 See video below: https://youtu.be/HB_a3nNoFs0 3. Mount two shelves into existing fireplace opening, shelves provided, but you will need a good hammer drill. I tried but couldn’t get them level, as I have a very basic cheap hammer drill. About 5 screws on each. $50 To be complete by end of day Wednesday 2nd. Can be accessed any time. Total $450 (that’s $50 an hour approximately 9 hours of work, mire if you can do it quicker!)
