2x door handles require repair using the existing materials (as the door knobs match throughout the house). Refer pic 1 which is the door knob and pic 2 is where it has fallen off. The Samsung fridge (SR400LSTC)temperature is set all the way to the coldest but even then when I put a temperature sensor in the fridge I am getting the temperature in the 5-7 degrees range, which is not cold enough. The freezer section is working fine though.

Jobs to be done- (see pictures to illustrate) 1) Re screw in curtain pole attachment to wall where it is falling off 2) Sandpit (a) reattach sandpit lid part where screws have come out to fix it and (b) remove all sand from sandpit into rubble bags (I have these bags) ready to move house. Think is approx 150kg sand. 3) Take down 2 picture frames from walls. Take screws out wall and patch in and sand over and touch up with paint (i have filler and sandpaper and paint) 4) touch up white paint holes on ceiling / sand as needed before painting 5) tighten hinge on bathroom door where it is lagging down
