I have endured a significant amount of domestic violence & my ex husband has shown up when I wasn’t home and broken my front door handle to get inside my house! I am now stuck at home and can’t leave because the door won’t lock and if I was to leave it means the house is not secured & worse - he can have access. Unfortunately I am a single parent and had to leave my job to relocate and establish a fresh start away from him, therefore, I am a financially challenging situation and don’t have the money right now to pay to have it fixed immediately. This task is one for anyone out there who does not need or seek payment and will be completing the works out of goodwill and support of a fellow member of the community. So if anyone out there is willing to help me secure my home and help fix my door so that I can lock it and seal access of it - without being paid for it please let me know asap as this needs to be done asap. I would appreciate it and be forever grateful if anyone decides it is something they can have done asap and wants to help!
