I have 2 external motorized blinds. One has disconnected to remote control unit (which runs both blinds). It needs to be reconnected. Both blinds are hard wired.

Need help installing a security door. The door is slightly wider than the frame, so it may require new hinges or trimming the timber frame to fit. Looking for someone experienced who can assess and fix it properly.

Single story studio/ granny flat There is a split across the colour bond (Basalt) sheeting between the ridges. Would like a permanent repair that will ensure no leakages but appear inconspicuous Would like to know what options are available for this repair ie fiberglass mesh OR superinpose another section of colour bond over the split etc. Currently, the split has been remedied with silicone as a temporary fix. In the last windstorm the awning sensor did not retract and so it was brought down in the storm and snapped from the bolts. the canvas retracted separately to the extendable arms . the motor moving the canvas is all still working . If the pieces that attach to the arms that hold the canvas can be replaces it can be remounted .We are seeking assessment for parts and repairs. this site will not accept our images

Had a guy grout bathroom and the hub of shower hasn’t being done properly

Fix the hole in the wooden door frame with reinforcement as soft wood - prepare and make stronger to fix door jam/strike plate. Fix a lock on door to make it work for a lockable door.
